E-mail Therapy
Why Choose E-mail Therapy?
E-mail Therapy utilizes e-mail communication; ask yourself the following questions to gauge if it is right for you?
- Are you more comfortable expressing emotions and feelings in written words?
- Do you feel more at ease without the added dimension of having to see or speak to a therapist?
- Do you see e-mail as a good “starting point” before proceeding into a more interactive type of therapy?
- Does your home or office not have the privacy you need for a more interactive therapy?
- Do you currently have limited time, and e-mail therapy meets your needs?
Note: Initially the client signs up for the Assessment Consultation, subsequent sessions, either single or block bookings are only confirmed after the client has decided to move forward into formal therapy. It is vital that the client be afforded the time and space to consider all aspects of the proposed therapy, the client is empowered to reflect and consider what is best for them. |
